Meal in a Dish

This is a simple but tasty dish that we would make with the fresh veggies from our garden in the summer! It can be made with store bought veggies too!

2 lbs. Ground Beef, browned and drained
2 bags of frozen Corn
2 large Tomatoes, cut into thick slices
Salt and Pepper
Corn Flakes

This can be made in a 9X13 with 1 layer of each or in a large casserole dish with 2 layers of each. Start with your ground beef on the bottom. Then a layer of your corn. Then a layer of your tomatoes. Salt and Pepper to your liking.   If using the large casserole, repeat the layering. Top with corn Flakes and bake for 30 minutes at 350
