2 lb. Steak Tips
Montreal Seasoning
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 bag Steak Fries, Baked according to package
1 head Green Leaf Lettuce
1 head Red Leaf Lettuce
Green Peppers, Chopped
Red Onion, Sliced into rings
Baby Carrots
Cucumber slices
Pepper Jack Cheese Cut into cubes
Marinate
your steak tips with Montreal seasoning and olive oil for at least 30
minutes (Overnight gives them great flavor). Bake your Steak fries.
While they are baking and your tips are grilling, prepare the salad with
all the toppings. I make each one individually in the bowls, but you
can make it in one giant bowl. When the Tips and Fries are done, Pile
them on the salad and serve with your favorite dressing!
