Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Burger
1/2 lb. Hamburger for every patty
1 slice of uncooked bacon per patty
1 slice cheddar per burger
Jalapenos
Bulky Rolls
Chop up all of your bacon. Mix it in with your hamburger and break it down into 1/2lb. per patty. Smash them down until they are about 1/2 inch thick. Cook on the grill until done. Place a slice of cheddar and a few jalapenos on the top and close the lid for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Serve on a bulky roll. I like BBQ Sauce on mine but you can serve this one up with anything or nothing!
