Stuffed Peppers

4 Large Green Bell Peppers
2 lbs. Ground Beef, browned

1 lb. Ground Hot or Sweet Sausage, browned

1 cup White Rice

Your favorite Spaghetti  Sauce


Cut the top off of the green peppers. Clean the insides of all seeds. Mix the beef, sausage, and rice together and pack tightly into the peppers. Stand them upright in a baking dish. Pour your sauce into the pan and bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.
