Pasta Primavera

So, I am trying to drop some of the unwanted baby weight. I caught Dr. Oz http://www.doctoroz.com/ on TV and he was telling you how to lose 5 lbs in 5 days. This was one of the recipes. I tried it and it is really good. It is very high in protein and low in fat. I thought I would share it with you. It doesn't taste like diet food and would be a great healthy dish for the family. It says it makes 1 serving, but I could feed 2 out of this!
